Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be approved once item is received and inspected. The shipping for both directions will be deducted from the refund amount. I do not have a restocking fee.

So happy to finally unpack my Free Little Library tonight. It was carefully packed to prevent damage in shipping and indeed it came through in perfect condition. This beautiful library is well-designed well-built and as cute as can be.
