We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be approved once item is received and inspected. The shipping for both directions will be deducted from the refund amount. I do not have a restocking fee.

There are no returns for custom products.

Always use an exterior grade paint or solid stain for your library inside and out. Transparent stains don't seem to protect as well. Top coats are not recommended by most paint manufacturers.

I use a paintable latex silicone to seal the roof but may require a touch up if it has shrunk and left small gaps. Over time the silicone may break down requiring another coat, just like your house.

To clean your Lexan window DO NOT used harsh chemicals. They can mar or melt the acrylic. DO USE mild soap and water and a soft cloth to prevent scratches.

We love this! We will be using this one for a food pantry to share food with the neighborhood.
I want to add a book library so if I can convince others to turn over the money I will get another one in the future!
