We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be approved once item is received and inspected. The shipping for both directions will be deducted from the refund amount. I do not have a restocking fee.

Our condo complex ordered this in the spring. It arrived fully assembled and well packaged for delivery. Owner kept in touch and adjusted delivery times per our need.
The person here who painted the Library was astonished that it was already sanded and ready for the base paint. We opted for getting the mounting bracket and it fit perfectly with all of the screw holes and screws included.
Our only regret is that we didn't get the 2 story model for more space!
